Welcome, New and Returning Clients !

We’re so excited to have you with us! To help your first visit go smoothly, please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so you’ll have plenty of time to fill out your new client forms. Returning patients may have new forms to fill out.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Many of our treatments are quick, non-surgical procedures that usually take place during a single office visit. Your appointment will begin with a friendly consultation where you’ll meet with your physician, nurse practitioner or aesthetic nurse to chat about your goals and any areas of concern. They’ll also review your medical history to ensure everything is safe and suitable for you.

While most procedures are generally low-risk, it’s super important to share any relevant medical details—like allergies, medications, or skin conditions—so we can give you the safest and best possible care.

Booking Your Appointment

We recommend scheduling in advance to lock in your preferred time and date. Although we list our hours of operation, Integrative Aestetics is by appointment only, so be sure to book ahead!

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $150 fee. Running behind? Give us a call! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep things smooth for other clients.

We totally understand that last-minute changes happen, and we reserve the right to waive the fee when appropriate.

Health & Special Considerations

Please let us know if you’re currently under a doctor’s care or have any medical conditions—especially pregnancy, heart conditions, or high blood pressure. We’re happy to tailor treatments to your needs whenever we can.

Your Privacy Matters

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information—like credit card details, contact info, and email—stays safe with us. We don’t share, sell, or rent your information, ever. And we’ll always respect your preferences for how you'd like to hear from us.

Refund Policy

All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. If a requested service isn’t available, we’ll do our best to offer a great alternative. Please note: we can’t issue refunds for services that have already been provided.

Pricing & Payments

Our pricing is subject to change at any time, but we’ll always keep you informed. We accept cash and all major credit cards. (Sorry, we don’t take personal checks.)

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please bring your card with you when checking in for your service.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unfortunately, we can’t replace lost or stolen cards.
